PC Owners Have A Real Reason To Be Excited For Black Ops 4
I will admit that when it comes to Call Of Duty, since the original Call Of Duty Black Ops, console has been my preferred way to play the game. I used to be all about playing Call Of Duty on PlayStation, but since I got an Xbox One X, that is the way I am going forward.Call Of Duty and PC fans have a bit of a rocky relationship, going all the way back to the Modern Warfare 2 server incident. Many fans have felt that Activision puts all their eggs into the console basket and that PC is nothing more than an afterthought.
Well the good news for PC owners who are excited about Call Of Duty Black Ops IIII is that Coddy Johnson the heady honcho of Activision Blizzard recently spoke out in regards to the PC version of Call Of Duty Black Ops 4.
" We have invested significant dedicated resources and design time"
Is what he said in regards to Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 on PC. Of course, he does not actually go into details about what this exactly means, but it should get PC gamers who have gotten a little sick of the way that Activision favors their console releases back on board and more interested in this year’s Call Of Duty game.
Many COD fans, myself included are starting to speculate what this could mean for Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 on PC. Perhaps the dedicated servers can handle more players than what Xbox and PlayStation players can expect? Maybe PC players are going to get their own modes and maybe, Activision is going to go all out and really push mods?
I have no idea, but it is certainly interesting to think what these “dedicated resources” could be.
