Many “Fixes” Are Coming To Call Of Duty WW2
Call Of Duty WW2 has been a fantastic success. I have said it a million times, but even if you just bought the base game and none of the DLC, you got a lot of bang for your buck as the game offered so much content.
While Call Of Duty WW2 may be about halfway through its lifecycle, Sledgehammer Games are still hard at work, I am not just talking about the upcoming events and DLC packs either! I am talking actual fixes to the game.
Call Of Duty WW2 does have some issues that bother some players more than others, well the folks at Sledgehammer Games have released a list of things that they are currently working on, have fixed and are planning to fix.
Fixed:
Spawning in 7v5 on Gridiron
Map exploit on Operation Griffin
Partially Fixed, Still Working on:
Spectator spawning issue
Camo previews not loading
New Shipment spawn kill location (fixed this once, but are working on a fix for the new spot)
Random game freezes
Currently investigating and collecting more data on:
Announcer volume on War Mode
Paintjobs randomly disappearing
Possible aim assist inconsistencies
Working to improve:
Prestige rewards (we’ll let you know when we have more info to share)
I think that it is very impressive to see all these fixes that they are working on. Thankfully, I have not experienced many of these, mainly the announcer volume in War Mode is the main thing on this list
that I have had issues with. Apart from that, I have been lucky and not really encountered any of the issues that some other players have been unlucky and experienced.
It would be so easy for Sledgehammer Games to say “thanks for everything, but we are done with this game now” and move on, but the fact of the matter is they are still wanting to make Call Of Duty WW2 an even better gaming experience. As much as I am looking forward to Black Ops 4, the boys and girls at Treyarch have a lot to live up to!
